FAQ & RETURNS
All presale items are for sale during a short window of time. When the presale period closes, items are ordered from the manufacturer/vendor. Presale item shipping window is on average 2-12 weeks. Presale items can take up to 16 weeks. There is no guarantee how quickly they will be delivered, the shipping window is an ESTIMATE.
Refunds will be issued only if the presale item is deliverable/cancelled by the manufacturer. We cannot control production time or issues. We will update you via email if shipping windows will be pushed longer than 16 weeks. Presale orders are non refundable during the 16 week window. Orders mixed with in stock and presale items will not ship until all items are in stock. By ordering a presale item, you understand there is a shipping window and wait time. Once you receive the item, our normal return/exchange policy kicks in.
All items are shipped via USPS. You can expect any in stock orders to ship within 3-5 business days. Any orders with a presale item will ship when ALL items are in stock. If you would like your order to ship without your presale items, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the additional shipping cost. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Shipping starts at $4.00 and ranges depending on purchase weight.
Local Pick Up
The local pick up option is available for those who would like to pick up their item in Angier, NC. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Orders with local pick up selected will NOT ship.
The Legging Lounge is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to wrong address.
The Legging Lounge reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason. You have 14 days from date of delivery to return or exchange any items. Item(s) must be unworn and still have the original tag attached. The Legging Lounge is not responsible for paying return shipping. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn. Be sure to follow all washing and care instructions, returns will not be issued for items that were improperly cared for. All Lounge Partner sales are final. To submit your return/exchange request, email us at email@example.com and include your name, order number, the item being returned, and the reason why. We will review your request and send you mailing directions if needed.
